Full schedule of the athletics event

Current world champion in the men’s 100 and 200 metres Noah Lyles is set for its first Diamond League Series race this 2024 season, when it takes to the track in Monaco.

The Olympic 200m bronze medallist will compete over the same distance at Monaco’s Stade Louis II as he aims for a sprint double at the 2024 Paris Olympics.

In his first outdoor race in Europe, he will face the Botswana team. Letsile Tebogo, Ivorian Cheickna Traore (19.93) and American Courtney Lindsey.

World 100m silver medallist Tebogo and Lindsey share the second-fastest time over the distance this season at 19.71 from their tight finish at the 2024 Kipchoge Keino Classic in Nairobi.

Lyles will be looking to repeat his victories from the three previous 200-meter races at the same venue.

Here’s how to watch Lyles compete in Monaco on July 12.
